You know what I love about Marc Jacobs? The fact that he will probably wear everything he designed for his 2013 Resort Collection. That sweet man loves a maxi dress (or a kilt) just as much as the next chica. And Mr. Jacobs must be in a euphoric mood these days, because his dresses were nothing short of a colorful, vivid, bright vision. Keeping most of his dresses in the collection at maxi length, it is very reminiscent of the ’90s and is sure to have the hipsters a runnin.’
Why not wear a dress AND a maxi skirt? And then make your best friend do the same.
…or a trench and a midi-dress, perhaps?
Silk in the summer is ALWAYS ok. Except for the pesky dry-cleaning bill.
The wooden shoes are the perfect touch to the retro look

It’s not even cool to match anymore. Bring on the florals and prints.
My personal favorite. Somehow the purple and reddish/orange combo always seems to work splendidly, and the exaggerated shoulders add to the greatness.
